My Dream

If only there was a better world we lived in

Moving away to a better place,
Where there are no worries and you feel safe.

A place like that I've only dreamed of,
Filled with peace and love.

But it finally came true like nothing I imagined,
And I became saddened.

So I began my dream once more,
My dream hopefully one day to come ashore.

Awesome poem and great use of the rhymes. We all wish we could find a place like the one you speak of in the poem but it's so hard to find. Finding it in your dreams is easy, it's finding it in reality that's nigh impossible. Still a great poem though.
