QUESTIONING LOVE

Elated, delighted and ecstatic,
There are times when our love is bliss.
Our love can be more then dramatic,
Dreadful, depressing, hit and miss,

So do we score more home runs?
Will we win or loose? and is this a game?
Or will we walk out blazzing guns?
As we look at eachother and take aim.....

Am i to much energy on that feild?
Am i just to crazy to bare?
Is your fate sealed?
Or are you playing elsewhere?

Do we dance the same dance?
Do we move in synchronization?
Do we keep giving this a chance?
It seems we have good comunication.

That connection when we cling together,
Thats something i dont think could teather...
The way we look at eachother i cant explain,
Am i maybe just looking for ways to complain?

Are we just to different? Its scary to think...
Scary to know you almost gave up on me in a single blink...
Am i to embaressing? am i too much?
My heart i want you to reach out and touch.

I hate to feel like im just settling for less,
I really hate being such an emotional mess.
I hate when i think of you as boring im sorry,
Sometimes everything i think about makes me worry.

I just want us both happy, id hope we could do that as a whole,
But we cant be together if it hurts to much, heart, mind and soul.
So i will be patient and i will have hope, ill wait,
And ill just have to leave it up to the gods and fate.
