Spring in Bloom

Spring in Bloom

A Poem by Eric Cox

Spring enchants the air, beauty shines

the skies swept fair, wafts the sweet scent of wine

sun kissed flowers are painting in bloom

beautiful colors fray the bare gloom

Time to seed the sun draped gardens

let any slate in your heart unharden

the blossom of Spring eclipses the grey

dawning now beautiful soothing rays

Crystal streams of light shine down

beauty enshrouds the stone core of town

frost cold days fray behind us, Spring is in bloom

even should it rain the beautiful flowers divinely loom

Very beautiful spring poem. I'd love to be there right now, walking with all those pink blossoms and smelling their enchanting perfume.

A poem that almost seems to be breathing or living on ome level. I truly would love to be walking here in real life. It is such a place I would want to be. Excellently crafted poem, my friend.
