I read this
and i immediately feel that moment when you have something you want to write
and it nags on you
while you make your coffee
when you are about to leave the house for work

and you sit down
and for the love of god
it wont get released lol

I hate that moment when you realize that the word you need has chosen to remain elusive. This is particularly trying when writing senryu and haiku. There is no fudging in that form. I really like this piece, nice and succinct and yet it expresses an experience most writers share and understand.

This should be written red on a subway wall. I love the heavy feeling of how so much is said in these words. It make more then taken for a ride affect, a concrete willingness that goes down that dark tunnel day after day as the images of people and building like a painting come into the pallet optically tracked. This was very superb and I love the eeriness, yet familiarity it gives..excellent piece
