A Heart's Glass JawA Poem by jacob erin-cilberto
sun's
endurance questioned sluicing drops throw
jabs in round after round of storms daylight dwindles from
body blows as dusk falls on the
fighter and love's corner throws in the white
towel---- that one last cumulus, rolling
by before the ring gets
lost in darkness. erin-cilberto 10/31/19 © 2019 jacob erin-cilbertoReviews
