This to me implies that it isn't the cats' fault, nor necessarily the birds' fault, but both. I mean, the cats are made of straw (We are the hollow men, we are the stuffed men) meaning they are impressionable and simple. And then you have the birds that are singing their lies. So the awry birds in a way instigated the straw cats. Nevertheless it is a breech, and is/was definitely concerning.

Having the prior presidency end feels like a gazillion-pound monster just stopped sitting upon our country, flinging its s**t in every direction. The vacuum from his stink is profound. Suddenly it's okay to badmouth him without a pile-on of angry addicts -- as everyone goes bizerk throwing out barbs & caustic commentaries. I have to admit, it's kinda hilarious in a decompression sort of way (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
