drips of sin

drips of sin

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto
"

another thank you to emmajoy... we can always get better!

"
drips of sin

a hardcore intimacy
with a beautiful landscape
of exotic blooming
like a virgin emerging
in stirring splendor

a time to be
perfectly violated
with intense patience
to wait out the moment
let it arrive, explode

with succulent serenity
as a day is conceived.

Such beauty - I'm an early riser, especially when I'm down the shore. I have so often been enthralled by the rising sun and the call of gulls swooping over quiet waves murmuring onto the beach. Truly a "virgin day" waiting for the blessing of another day.

Take care - Dave

'Virgin emerging...'....love that description as a reference for the emergence of a new sunrise. Sometimes I find I take the sunrise a little for granted.. but perhaps as I mature into my years a newfound appreciation will emerge within. Nice to read you again, Jacob. 💛

stunning sensuality as each brand new day presents itself to inherently sinful humanity .. but how beautifully your poem leads one to receive it ... in "succulent serenity" .. sex is a powerful aphrodisiac that can exude light or darkness .. it feels all humanity is invited into your poem, jacob. For me this is as of this virgin new day .. the best I have read here .. at the Cafe' .. beautiful work sir! thanks so much for sharing

really good poem jacob! in my opinion of course! :)
Being one of those souls who likes very much to explore the extremities I do admire your words here.

Also being one of those souls who admires the everyday unique sunrise and sunset your words, can I say 'penetrate' :D

When my boys were little I always used to point out the sun and the moon and of course the stars. I used to get excited about the beauty of sunrises and sunsets when I was with them. Back when they were little the never cared too much, now my 19 year old sun is the one who points out the sunrises and sunsets to me. He even told me the other day and interesting fact 'the Australian aboriginals, when looking at the night sky, do not focus on the stars, they focus on the darkness in doing so, when they take in the Milky Way, they see their clearly defined Emu encompassing the whole night sky.

Nice to share this moment with you Jacob - take care X

Watching the day wake up while sitting on my porch....this is how I feel. The day begins....and the possibilities are endless. Your word choice in this one is spectacular, Jacob. Lydi**
