Laissez Faire

Sometimes all you want is people to leave u alone so taht you can have few minutes of peace and relaxation.

Sometimes I wish I were all alone

With no one to irritate, message or phone

Just leave me to myself

Try to understand my agony

Try and learn to be empathetic

Life cannot go without being sympathetic

 

I wish my biggest wish

To be alone and peaceful

A wish to relax and breathe

A wish to be cheerful

A wish to delete the most awful

My head aches with all the pain

Stop hurting because you will not gain

 

Is it too much to ask

Is it such a difficult task?

For once, I beg you to let go

Give me the time for thoughts of troubles to flow

Let the train of thoughts come to a standstill

What I ask may be hard to kill

I know there is no thrill

 

I know I am a retard

But u don’t have to discard

Just let me go and goodness will return

Keeping me tight will make me burn 

Let me fly high...it is an important lesson to learn...

A bird needs to fly. Being alone in nature, without any electronics, will certainly help for the pain.
Something I would like to point out:
"A wish to delete the most awful/My head aches with all the pain"-This section does not make much sense and might need some attention.

The character in the poem is describing a situation in which is involved where it points out that the situation is being caused by the person not willing to let go because it fears others will know of what they did and they keep hanging on because fear has been inserted in them and that is what the character in the poem reeled for and intended the whole time and they are to blame for taking the bait and for trying to outsmart the main character.

"a wish to delete the most awful" wouldn't that be nice if such a button existed .... but then life wouldn't be quite so meaningful and those blessed moments of silence that do come would not exist ... i'm a single dad of four (all grown now); can so relate to the hectic pain expressed ... we do get stretched don't we?! ...peace and love...E.
