Musical Pills

Musical Pills

A Poem by Fear Corrupts!

Musical Pills

 Cha. Cha. Cha.

Sang her musical pills.

Shaking in the bottle,

ready to kill.

Ding. Ding. Clash.

They scattered in her hand.

Tylenol, Advil, Morphine.

A deadly musical band.

Gulp. Gulp. Gulp.

She chugged them down.

They sang down her throat.

A fatal sound.

Smash. Crack. Kabang.

The band was done.

They finished their song.

Her life is gone.

Thank you for using my suggestion. I consider it an honor when a fellow poet feels what I feel.

I love the images and also the personification of the pills in general. The last line is too weak for this piece. I would suggest using a stronger image; "her life is gone". I don't even know if that's strong enough considering how strong this piece of art is. I love the poem and sound.
