As Memories Wash Away.

As Memories Wash Away.

A Poem by Fear Corrupts!

             As Memories Wash Away.

& the tears trickle down her cheeks,

as she remembers the words that they used to speak.

& the ball builds up in her throat,

as she remembers what no longer is the same.

& the memories wash away with the tears,

slowly dripping away the pain.

& the blood flows through her veins,

quickly licking the air.

Tonight she's having a tough time,

trying not to care.

So the tears wash away the pain,

liquid releases her past.

Blood and salt water brings her freedom,

freedom that hopefully lasts.
