Knowing that the person of your dreams is not meant for you.

I dreamed of your face 

before I saw it

but it was looking at another.

I dreamed of your voice 

before I heard it

But it was for others to listen to.

I dreamed of your touch

before I felt it

but it was not me you were touching

I dreamed of you 

before I met you

but I was not, I'm not

So beautiful yet sad in the fact that we can have loved someone that special soul mate for a thousand years or more and know that they are meant to be with you but if you finally get to meet it seems as if it was not meant to be? Beautiful i feel every word and its depth
