Sleeping Bear Spectacle

Sleeping Bear Spectacle

A Poem by James Paulin
"

Favorite place

"

Whispers of God float with wind wisps

Secluded perch, high dune to poise

Manitou isles set in turquoise

Nirvana rapture, joy insists

Pyramid Point seems sacred ground

Striking one dumb in purest awe

Lake Michigan, stunning and raw

Rare gem to behold, sought, then found

I love the lakes. I've never seen Lake Michigan from the other side, but I'm sure it's a grand experience.
"Nirvana rapture, joy insists", great.
