dear love

dear love

A Poem by floarealbastra10

you said i had you at hello
all i can tink about is our love
the way you look at me
certain we were ment to be
as if ive always known
our true religion needs no sworn

i smile when i think about your hair
the way you wer it, devil may care
you make me laugh with your corny lines
im so happy your all mine
it feels like the kind of love in romance novels
my king has turned away from rubble
and found his queen, the truest noble

our love is young, fresh and new
seen through virgin eyes
the heart of two
one, a dreamer who dreams of you
the other scientific who thinks things trough

this love is like a cup of cold water
the balsam to any trouble
its healing in ways i cant describe
with you i know my world feels right
