Midnight questions

Midnight questions

A Poem by Florencia Vallejo

If you leave
and nobody misses you,
Where you ever there?

If you're quiet
And nobody notices,
Where you ever heard?

If you died
and no one mourns you,
Did you really live?

If you did something really great
And no one remembers,
Was it really good?

If you are lonely,
And never accomppanied,
Where you meant to be alone?

If you succeed
And nobody cares,
Should you really be proud?

If you are loved
But you don't know it,
Should you cry?
