stepping up is the thing

coming through, not from

feel the life and Love

in the resourcefulness hum

 

Now sing!

and bring everyone with you!

Your flowing will be humanity's knowing,

your Love will soar

with the Hope in a Dove,

your below will bridge to your above

and you will see

it already was

and who you were meant to be.

Author's Note

I'm learning a method of movement and breathing that allows people to free themselves from the need for invasive therapies to reduce the chronic effects of stress...this poem uses much of the linguistics of the new model.

ROBIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this....sigh. It DOES have a very freeing quality to it, and it made me smile. What a light, upbeat piece. It is a bit different from what I'm normally seeing from you, but not so much I suppose. I guess it speaks to me because I'm in this freeing stage in my life right now, LOL.
