With the fifth stanza, you've struck a chord of brilliance that precisely portrays the denial existing within oneself upon facing the harsh reality of an end approaching. I especially adore how you chose that moment in specifics: hunched over written letters searching for any indication of a love still churning within the opposite party in the relationship, refusing to allow such strong emotions to even wither.
