WHAT IF's

Everybody's got points at issue...

I have questions in my mind
Seeking answers hard to find
What if's that flood in my heart
I am thinking on our part

What if now's the only time
How could we pick up the prime?
What is good and what is best?
Could we pass the biggest test?

What if now's the only chance
Could we lose this sweet romance?
How we fear to say goodbye
Could you  hear my saddest cry?

What if tomorrow it's not
Same as now with things we thought
Could we still believe each one
When the things were left undone?

What if in a year or two
There's a bigger change in you
If you see the girl you need
Will you stay as friend in deed?

What if I try hard to meet
Will you spend a time to greet
Treat me in the finest way
Like the promise that you'll stay?

There's a promise we must keep
Friends forever, we shan't weep
Time or space shan't be a hitch
In each arms we find a niche.

Paulit-ulit? Hehe. Ano kayang nakita mo sa poem na yun? Pag binabasa ko naman, nakikita kong sonnet ang gusto kong mangyari pero sumobra ng 1 stanza kaya hindi na sonnet. LOL.

Mas magaling ka, Manong. Si Manang ay admirer mo lang. Iba ang dating ng poems mo. Pinaghihirapan ng matagal. Sa akin, mga 5 to 15 minutes na drill lang ginagawa ko as libangan. Kaya kalimitan needs editing. Buti may concerned checker ako now sa tenses and grammar...si Eddie. Nami-miss ko na magbasa ng poems nyo ni BFF. Antagal na syang stop sa writing. Very busy. Ikaw naman, no new post.
