if there were words for this, you'd speak them

if there were words for this, you'd speak them

A Poem by freelancejouster

broken braille words
tap tap tapped into the concrete
as the victim
thinks of how he
used to know morse code.

didn't you know my mother,
once upon a time?

the question gets you no answers
just blank stares
which don't do much
due to your newly acquired blindness.

we told you to never
focus directly on the sun,
but then,
you were never much one
for actually listening.
