Beyond Ambiguity

Beyond Ambiguity

A Poem by Frieda P
"

A peaceful communion ~ quote by RUMI is one of my favorites.

"
Come sit with me in fields of poppies
where collective thoughts can be free
we are capable of peace & tranquility
beyond a tortured existence
acceptance is the key to deter conflict
stepping further aside good & evil
the lines of societal ambiguities' affronts
Herein lies a gracious communal of harmony

Hear the doves coo, where music plays in the heart,
we'll dance in these fields together...

Such places are the places that we should cherish and promote. Great thoughts Frieda.

The poem itself is just as beautiful as the quote. And so hard to obtain

I want to go there, where collective thoughts can be free and we are capable of peace and tranquility, beyond a tortured existence. You said it, sweetheart!

Maybe use poppies to avert the conflict rather than commemorate the dead afterwoods? Great message.

"Come sit with me in fields of poppies
where collective thoughts can be free"
These first two lines come with truth and "beyond a tortured existence
acceptance is the key to deter conflict
stepping further aside good & evil
the lines of societal ambiguities' affronts".

Blessed be frieda

I'm making my way up the list Mrs.R ;P I don't know the specifics but I saw you mention something about poppies and Canada in a past discussion...poppies are a big deal in my country...it was a Canadian writer (John McRae) who first attached significance to poppies and expressed hope that they would symbolize peace...this is a peaceful and idyllic peace and I'm sure it means a lot to you...I love the quote as well...again you've demonstrated your diversity, both emotionally and poetically...it's hard to explain (though you'll probably understand) but I derived a lot of comfort from this poem...thanks for sharing this one, and bearing your soul as you always do, and a beautiful one at that :) xo

Some sort of spiritual euphoria is a theme I see many times throughout some of your poetry... I quite enjoy the concept, to be able to blaze through the meadows quite freely with a significant person by our sides.

The Elysian fields on earth. How I would love to sit upon a blanket in this place of peace & tranquility. This is thoroughly inviting and beautifully penned.
