Coffee & poetic doodles...

Coffee & poetic doodles...

A Poem by Frieda P
"

Inaugurated by the Academy of American Poets in 1996, National Poetry Month is now held every April.

"
Intrinsically written scribbles of the soul
pen'd familiar graffito's within the heart
concise feelings ascribed on spirit'd walls
understood mixed expressions in verses
beating of inky passages in harmony's
cuppa coffee & poetic doodles = a perfect day
                                                                             IT'S JUST COOL...

Indeed, grazie mille Rita! :)
You said it perfectly. A cup of coffee and poetry....the closest thing to heaven. Such an endearing tribute to the spirit of poetry! Beautifully written.

A magical little poem, we spill out our guts when we write a poem that will hopefully help us and speak to others.
