~ a sorta bohemian rush

~ a sorta bohemian rush

A Poem by Frieda P
"

"
Guilty in sentiments of sin,
 demanding of
delectations' expectations
as to where the moon
meets ocean's sensations,
& why tree nymphs make forests
envious of the sky,
seeking divinity of color's rhyme
in ravaging warm tides,
whilst crimson's hue and
vast cobalt blue's edgy drink
 sip the gypsy dandelion wine,
smelling the sweet scent
of rain in my veins
a tango'd elixir writhing
over frothy seas
wandering tirelessly in
consensual surrender's rush,
visions of sensual dandelions swaying
wafting to high heaven's
            bourgeois holy grail
fighting wayward lion's
          of  roaring constellations,
written on ether's haze in
adrenaline  junkies'
eternal  blood & sweat  in
tears of love sonnets cloud riffs,
breathing in spiritual
          stargazer's implosions
of conceptual
 sexual last rites
playing on heartstrings,
foreboding the dread
            of apathy & indifference
communing in serendipitous
       sighing moments,
blessed in a
sort  of
bohemian
 poetic
madness

This bohemian poetic madness is so much fun... Colorful, pleasant, steamy, well-rounded mix of AWESOMESAUCE.... those tree nymphs do love the beauty of the colorful rhyme but they are drunk on that wine... dancing with the dandelions and in awe of the lioness as she enraptures all that she meets.. her roar seducing the constellations to shine just for her... sighing in content of her breathtaking ramblings that glitter across the page... I love this ma'am.. your creativity and heart shine through in this one and it is STUNNING... going in fav's for sure... also.. can't go wrong with Zeppelin... nope...

Passion Passion Passion everywhere, should we blame the prodigal poetess or the august season :)

Yay, Led Zeppelin :D
This gives me the imagery of a gypsy gathering, loving nature, watching as it takes its toll, singing, playing guitars, laughing together throughout the sweet, starry night, tree's surrounding them, as if protecting them from the outside world, with romance, dancing in the air, lovers enjoying themselves.
What an interesting and beautifully written poem you have here :)

"sexual last rites" bless me Father for i have felt in the past, but now i have nothing but apathy for those trees that reach for the sky...since i no longer feel the will and initiative to do that.

Wow, I should really be asleep, but here I am with headache in tow, in all my zombified glory, reading Mrs.R's poetry...I have to start by saying thank you for using Zep, and you picked the perfect one ;) The title is perfect, as it usually is...this one took me to many different places, which is fitting in light of all the gypsies and bohemians prancing through this piece...you've really been getting in touch with your dreamy side lately, you even worked some rhymes into this one ;) This has a wafting and enchanting feel to it...it also has a uninhibited sexual bite to it...the two states come together and produce this image of laying one's lover down in the tall grass and, well, loving them...

'sexual last rites playing on heartstrings'...it's so gentle and unrestrained at once...this is the last place one wants apathy and indifference, yet the balancing act you've conveyed here only makes the sensuality factor that much more coveted...and somehow in the middle of all this fantastical bliss, you throw an adrenaline junkie at us, laced with blood, sweat, and tears...yep, I'm definitely reading Mrs.R...one always has to be ready for anything when reading your work...in most poems it would be a distraction...in your poem it makes perfect sense, like snapping awake from the daydream for a moment only to fall back into it...poetic madness at its best love...xo
