Surprised in the Morning

What seemed like a typical morning gave me a terrible scare.

Morning black and back to work, work, work

Time tells me ten; ten minutes till I go, go, go.

Find pants and begin to brush, brush, brush

And don’t forget food and rush out the door, door, door.

Open the door and there I found, found, found

A white-black tail me must hide, hide, hide.
