Hot Temper

Hot Temper

A Poem by Ethan Paz
"

This poem was created in response to observing my students' attitude in the middle of the May heat.

"
Watch out in the month of May
That heat comes without delay.
Take care as attitudes and tempers flash
Then all shall desire that winter comes at last.

A good and timely word; a pleasing and adroit poem. Winter may not be welcome to all. As for myself it's the most wonderful time of the year! thanks for sharing. /Frederick.

Oh wow. Didn't know the weather was like that all the way up north!
Nowadays when tempers flash, the Glocks may not be far behind. Times have changed since my youth.

Good insight. Makes you wonder, "What changed? Or what caused the change?"
Summer temps bring an attitude. Sometimes to a boiling point. Soon after we're begging for winter to cool things off. I like this. It's a topic very relatable.
