Trapped in Chemo

Maybe one day you wont feel pain

Maybe one day you will be freed

Watching the hour

Come to an end

You feel your pulse race through your skin

Knowing it’s time

Wishing it would just end

You come on strong

As the chemo kicks in

Hold on tight

Try to be strong

The doctors are strong
