Hiding Sadness With A Smile

Hiding Sadness With A Smile

A Poem by Holly
"

another non-rhyme poem

"
Oh how I smile
Oh how much I want to cry
Oh how much I hold in the tears
Oh how many times I sigh.
Although when others are in love
I am alone
Alone in the darkest of pain.
And when I love another's heart
He never shares his heart back.
For my pain in my heart is deeper than any sea
And it suddenly screams in regret
"I am afraid to love again!"
But yet
I still fall
I still love
and I still
believe each man's kindness
each man's sweetness
and each man's kind words
that make me fall in love
all over again.
