Raising Compassion

A Poem by Healing Star

I wrote this right after participating in a Raising Compassion for our planet meditation with Deepak Chopra and Trevor Hall did the music.

Love and Compassion Begin with Me

One Mind, One Heart, One Spirit, One Being

Everyone that I Meet

Just another little piece of Me

Everyone that I Meet

One Being is what we Are

We are all Born of the Stars

Mother Earth and Father Sky

No longer do I question the meaning Why

For I have found myself here in the Now

Come my Children let me show you How

One Being is what we Are

Love and Compassion Begin with Me

Living Life is what I came to Do

My Life begins when I think of You

You see what is here inside of Me

Is exactly what's inside of You

You see what is there inside of You

Is what is here inside of Me

Learn from the Motion of the Sea

That the Ebb and Flow is how we Breath

Learn to bend like the Willow Tree

Seem so weak, but the strongest of them All

When the Gail comes and the strong ones Fall

Love and Compassion Begin with Me

From the Deepak Chopra Global Meditation for Raising Compassion for all the Universe. It has begun, our kindly walk into the Morning Sun, onto the path that will lead us Home, to that Center that tells us we are never Alone, now walk the path of the Living of Life, walk the path and remember who you Are, singing the song of the Holy Star. Remember is to bring back together what was dismembered, and it was purposely done to keep us from ourselves, but now we Remember, now we Remember.

~Healing Star ... I am the Compassion of the Universe and I share with you my Heart, I share with you my Vision of Hope, I share with you the Birth of the New Day, I share with you this Journey that will bring us into the Holy Day of Peace, and when we bring ourselves into our Center to our Peace, finding our peace within, it is one step closer to the goal of all being in Peace for all time, for all eternity, one with the One MInd, the One Heart, the One Spirit, the One Being that we Are, shooting Stars, sharing our Eternal Hearts.
