Sharing bodies

Sharing bodies

A Poem by Lydia Waldock

Sharing bodies
Not as one
Living for lust
The dreams of id be with you
Are nonsense nonetheless

Yet we share bodies
And gentle kisses
My heart is detached
But my mind is not
Are we just that desperate?

Or does a part of me cling to you?
Notations aren’t the same while kissing in the dark

There’s nothing to it
I don’t read into it
There’s no need if I’m

Just a body to share

Being young and brave dear Lydia. We need the affection kindness. Love and sex. It is north and south.
"Or does a part of me cling to you?
Notations aren’t the same while kissing in the dark"
The above lines. Some, we may keep. I believe we set-up the dance. Our mind must adore first and the body will follow. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.

Well written, well expressed, verse. Lasting connections come from within.
