Since my coffee cup is painted super-dark brown on the inside, I never look in it. Maybe I should. There might be a thick layer of scum I'm not even aware of. However, on a more lighthearted note which your message conveys, I do love the idea that finishing a cup of coffee is just the beginning of awesome possibilities. Ah, perfect timing. I've been enjoying a latte as I read Cafe poetry. That foam and the little grounds against the white just took on a fresh meaning. A short happy poem with no wasted words.

Your coffee grindings are talking to you Lale. My Nan used to read the tea leaves. It always fascinated me. She used to see pictures and then do a reading. I love a touch of Vivaldi. The Four Seasons, Sping is a stiring and uplifting piece of music. Have a wonderful day.

Fortune telling is a very famous tradition. I honestly don't believe in the lore, but whenever I make Turkish coffee, I turn the cup upside down and leave the sediment to settle.I like how it makes aesthetic shapes and lines.
