         meditating to

                                   of a 

                                 Down

and breathe

                              one

                                       two

                                                three

as the Argument Echo

washes over me

                      your screaming

                                 voice

invading                   peace

and   crunching   guitar   noise

Gram if you can get into the zone listening to system of a down you must be a zen master meditator of epic proportions:) LOL I have played in a few punk bands over the years so I know what a good dose of angst can do for the blood flow but never attempted meditation with it! This is the feeling I get when Im trying to write and my cat keeps pulling on my chair or jumps in front of the monitor
