Oh Muse

i had no idea what to wirte about, and that became the inspiration for this poem.

Oh Muse where are you when you are needed?

I have no clue, can't you hear me pleadin

I have no thoughts, my mind is blank

as if my ideas have walked off the plank

 

Oh Muse where are you? give me a thought

and i promise it won't have to be a lot

Just a little good something to get me going

Something to get the words to start flowing

 

Oh Muse where are you? My ideas are lost

It's  as if my summer has been sprinkled with frost

For I can not think of what i should say

So please help me so it doesn't stay that way

 

Oh muse where are you? I need your help now

I need to say something, so please show me how

The pens in my hand, now get it to write

Oh Muse it looks like i'm loosing this fight
