Dream (mong xiang)

Dream (mong xiang)

A by Chynna Co

They said this is a free form poetry...I actually wrote this just to express how I feel...it's like a journal... ^_^

Under the bright sunlight, a distant dream sways between the waves awaits.
Its sparkling beauty sweeps the sandy shore from time to time.
Gently feeling its coolness, touching my bare feet and naturally leaving it.
Going back to the distant horizon across my eyes, I suddenly long for it.
Like a voice humming a song in my ears...
And in that moment, this secret world will going to change.
The strength. The will to keep on running and chase it will open yet another new door.

Caught in dreams. Crystal dreams...
I can't see where they're flowing to.
Elusive dreams. Visualizing illusions...
Towards the small rainbow that weeps.

The sky is clouded and I was in a sudden night of endless rain.
With a distant dream that melts in a desolate isle.
Gently moistened by the prickling of the quiet rain, I look for something...
Something is not enough. Somewhere I made a mistake. Like a pale hope, the gap between today and tomorrow troubles me.

The last train had taken my dream aboard...
Still I hear them stirring in my memory. They keep on calling.
Beyond sadness, in the midst of the wind...
I see a rope of light that shines.

I have learned to fly with wings that are weak and scarred.
I want to be strong for a new tomorrow. Pressing the courage deep within and throwing all confusion and tears in the sky.

I will dream, although I may get hurt...
Because in dreams, I remember the better me.
