Birds

April 24, 2004. The first poem I wrote when I went to the university.

Tweet, sweet, tweeting birds

Feed my ears with seeds

Of joyful songs and chattering

Of happy thoughts and deeds.

The chords of your sweet guitar

Play a lovely ring.

Sing to me the songs you have

My soul awaits to sing.
