ADHD

ADHD

A Poem by Aidin Wolfe

Shaking, tapping,

Always moving,

Never able,

To Stop.

Constant thoughts,

Cloud your mind,

Never able

To grab hold.

Medicine,

Barely works,

Just makes it worse.

No matter,

What,

It’s always,

YOUR

Fault.

I find this very charming, and as my current partner suffers with ADHD, I can surely relate to this just by comparing these thoughts to his actions. However, I hope you do know that it is not your fault, for it is caused by your genetic makeup. Keep strong!
