Chapter 3: Changing Thou Mind

  This can't happen! I just don't understand. I told Tom to stop doing that! He said he was on his way back. I don't know if he was the selfish one, or I was! How could the person I loved be gone? Before I even got to telling him my secret. I had to go tell Jessie. She knew about my love and how this feels to me.

  I quickly pounce into the dumb eleeveter. "Hello.Please.Ins-"  I stop that stupid thing in it's tracks by banging on it hard. "BleepBlopSystemShutdownnnnnnn". I press the eleveeter key for floor 1. When I do, the blue eleeveter flashes white as I race down the chute.

   I scramble across the large main room, knocking over a few milk bottles. "Hey bro! That is my energy for the day you is knockin' ova!" Some cat hissed at me. I roll my eyes and think; 'Well da** it you little mouse,kinda in a crisis here!' Those inconsiderate Jack- Cats! A patrol gives me a ticket. UGGHHHHHH! I take the ticket, crumble it up, throw it on the ground, and RAN like it was my job. And that I was chasing a mouse. 

     This time, the stupid eleveeter robot doesn't need my fu***** I.D. It knows who I am. Sorry for this cussing, I am just pis***. Ok, I will stop now. The eleeveter zooms up to my dorm.

      "JESSIE!" I start to cry and slump on the floor. I couldn't hold it in longer. " To..oo..mm ii..ii.ss....MISSING IN ACTION!!!" I bawl my brown eyes out. I hear Jessie's padded feet race across the carpet, coming to my emotion's rescue.

       " I am sorry hun. I really am, but it's nine at night, and we have a big day." She turns her sorrowful frown into an excited smile. "Time for revenge! We both have been waiting forever for this. You know it.  I know you liked him and all, but we need a lonnnngggg shut eye. Come on." She tugs me to bed, and I don't resist. I can't do anything right now. 

       I lay in my pink bed. I can't help thinking. Why is she being such an inconsiderate Jack-Cat right now. I thought she would understand. I knew there was such an important thing tomorrow. But I will not be there. There is something more important I will be doing. It will start in just a few hours too....

Throughout the entire story, the protagonist mantains a sort of calm frustration, until this chapter. You portrayed (very well, I might add), emotions very strong. I can see how much Rosie really loves Tom. Cats plannIng to take over humanity seems like such a silly thing, but your book has opened doors to many inner conflicts that humans have. Probably you did not mean to do this, but as I am weird, I kind of saw the philosophical question "Do animals feel?". I love the writing you've done so far, you jack-cat! Keep it up! :3

I did add that question to see if anyone could read deeper through the lines! I am happy you caught that! I tried to make this chapter one of the best. I tried to show how cats may have feelings, and they may relate to humans$.In the first chapters, I tried to make it seem like it was just a cat's adventure while it took over the human race. BUT then I started to change it. I don't think it was anyone's thought that it would turn into this. I didn't even know until it popped into my head after I started writing. Glad you enjoyed!
