A Poem by Hollywood
"

Remeber when we lied?

"

Remeber when we lied?

It was the time we drove around

& got high.

We stopeed at Hog's Whallow,

bought fruity drinks that were

later thrown out the window.

A silly lie that we were going out

to play frisbee golf.

How do you play that in the

dark?

It didn't matter since it worked.

We were never caught,

our eyes pink

& breathe harsh.

We were never caught.

As a concerned parent I must say that you should stay off the drugs...
J/K
But if my little girls did that... I would kill em.
Great stirring narrative and great description.

It has this feel of calm and love. It really makes me feel like I am at Hog's Whallow;)

A simple narrative of the type of memories most of us have. Deceiving parents and all that. Very relatable.

Ha, I think of some of the ridiculous excuses I passed by and wonder if my parent had just given up. LoL. Nice poem. Frisbee Golf is fun BTW.
