Poem 33. WILL YOU STILL REMEMBER?

Poem 33. WILL YOU STILL REMEMBER?

A Chapter by Daisie Vergara (Dhaye)
"

'cause I do

"

Will you still remember me?

My mulishness and absurdity

Those times I was so free

To ponder, to feel, to hold, to see?

‘Cause I still remember clearly

How I became a casualty

Of a different row between you and me

And yet, I’m not sulky

It’s just the past-  a memory.

Such a touching poignant write, my friend. When friends have a falling out, it is sometimes difficult to remember the good times, but they are what we should remember. Your words are beautifully written and the graphic you chose to accompany your words is stunning. Lydi**

Thank you so much, Antonyo. :)
This poem has a charming youthfulness about it, with a good rhyming scheme, recollections can be precious, providing one learns not to dwell on the negatives
