Shh, don't tell

Shh, don't tell

A Poem by Heather

I've felt a lock
Inside my mind
Golden against the dark.
Glowing secrets
Kept near, to whisper
I hear, them whispered
And fear, those whispers

Every now and again.

the secrets we try to keep of ourselves, from ourselves....sooner or later we overhear...
and that is something fear...as they say..."what we don't know won't hurt us"---
