Two Minutes

Two Minutes

A Poem by Hope

You are one of a kind

standing in front of me everywhere I go.

I met you once

and ever since my heart has wanted to blow.

I walked in for two minutes took a picture with you then walked out

but in those two minutes you have seemed to have stolen my heart without a doubt.

You may not remember me or know my name

but someday soon we will meet again.

And just like the first time I will never be the same.

You seemed to have changed me in those two minutes.

I was shocked by the way I felt,

one look from you made me want to melt.

It’s funny how in two minutes your whole world seems to revolve.

You can’t explain it or relive it

for with in those two minutes it has already dissolved.

Just two minutes that's all

and somehow you made me fall.
