Untouchable

Untouchable

A Poem by hopelesspierrot
"

A senseless poem about the senselessness of the human mind.

"
An untouchable, unspeakable, unfathomable,
Unmentionable, wordless, undefined thing -
It lurks, deep, in dark crevasses, canvassing
And creeping, clustering in corners forbidden
To all and known to none else.

Why linger here? Why stalk the black halls
Of this menacing abyss? To what purpose
Do you fester?

I half desire to reach out, to stick my
Slender hand into the darkness and
See if you envelop me.
I half desire to open my mouth and
Let your particles float inside to
See if I can devour you,
Or if you will devour me.

This is madness speaking. How may I help you?

Love the language. Relatable for me, an average Joe, so that is cool. Nice job.
