Is it true, distance draws lines

No one wishes to be drawn,

Is it love, that weak?

A few miles can bring down,

Is it desire, that strong,

Heart surrenders to,

Is it regret, one feels,

 That after giving in to desires,

Is it forgiveness, one seeks?

After breaking a heart,

Is love so confused,

Is love so weak,

Or is this love so hard?

That no one can keep,

Is it why it is precious so
