The Loner

The Loner

A Poem by LydiaWrites
"

I'm not even sure what this is about.

"

When my house gets quiet, I strip down

And swan-dive into the black ink from my pen.

It feels like satin on my body, cold and smooth.

I want to smother it all over me, let it become a tattoo

Stating: “I am poet, I am loner.”
