Nothing

Day after day,

thoughts after thoughts.

No matter the questions,
one always circles in the depth of my mind.
Will I ever be good enough?
No,
that's the answer every time.
No matter how many times I try to think otherwise,
the bad thoughts always come back.

I try to swim up into the light,
but,
The kraken always grabs a hold of my feet,
dragging me down each time.
Never.
Never will you be good enough,
you are nothing.
I am nothing.
