In Jesus Presence

Turning burdens' over to Jesus!

 

In bad times Jesus is near

Call on His name never fear

Why worry when we can pray

Step out on faith and obey

He will take care of each need

If we will let Him proceed

Rest assure He's our only hope

Amazing grace now we can cope

Place it all on His shoulders

For He is the beholder

In Christ alone there is peace

Lives can have a brand-new lease

Shine Jesus shine, shed the light

Help us keep you in our sight

Heads bowed, down on bended knees

God stay by us always please

As a youth in Church— we sang, “What a Friend we have in Jesus”. Also we sang— “I come to the Garden alone with the Dew still on the Roses, and He walks with me and He talks with me, and He tells me how much He Cares”. Amen

'In Jesus Presence'
Kathy,
'Not by works of righteousness which we have done but by His mercy He saved us.' What a gift! This was a truly affirming word to those who have come to the end of themselves and found at the end Jesus Christ, The Light of the world. He sees, He knows, He cares. Perfect justice, perfect love. We are given the freedom to live and fail and know we need help. I know this. I need Christ more than I can ever say. Anyway your poem was beautiful and It was fitting to read in this lenton season.
