warning

warning

A Poem by inkstainedsoul

i should come with a hazard sign
in colours more vibrant than my soul
"warning" it would scream
alerting all those fools who start to care
of my lethal edges, razor sharp
for my skin is a whetstone
each conflict, every empathetic howl
fueling the unceasing keening
of my deadly flaws
warning
i hold fire at my core
dedicated on my self destruction
ensure you don't cross the yellow line
for soon i shall go supernova
releasing the galaxies dying in between my ribs
warning
there are storms in my head
that will cause my to double over
clutching my ears
as the winds shriek obscenities
and i will shove unneeded painkillers
down my throat desperately hoping
they will make the voices cease
warning
stay away. i don't want to destroy you
