Fresh snow, dark skies

Off the beaten path

To the secret outcropping

 

Waiting, holding of breath

Every so slowly sun rises

Deep exhale bathe in light

I'm not a winter person & especially I do not like snow & cold climates. But the way you put together these winter haikus, along with stunning photos, it could almost make a believer out of me! Great way to paint winter as irresistible (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Hi Margie,
I’ve learned to find ways to get out during winter and photography does that for me. There is one thing I love about winter and it’s the quiet. Hiking the Bruce Trail is very therapeutic for me.
