Want

Want

A Poem by Jacques - iNkwire
"

A romance piece I wrote with the goal of light sexuality. Hopefully it feels fluid and close to (but not quite) stream-of-consciousness.

"
Inside hides a desire
for bundles of digits
and wrists on wrists
For a cluster of eyes
split in half by noses
New sets of heights
to explore with my chosen
A coat made of arms
not for conquest,
but for caring
No intention of harm,
but of sharing
Sharing of you
and of me
Just us two
with no number three
The taste of a neck
and the sounds of gasps
Each enough to send me
to heaven and back
The world's fading
and time's irrelevance
keep us from wading
Instead we dip to trenches
and reach the sky's zenith
If we tried to describe it,
no one would believe it
With nothing and everything to fear
We could be anywhere else,
but instead we are here
With our armor off
and our shields laid bare
Not you and not I
and instead a pair

About
Hi. Most of my work is poetry, but I intend to put some stories out in the future. I write about what makes me feel strongly. This approach mostly results in romantic pieces, but I hope to branch o.. more..
