Im not with the crowd
nor in the gossip orbital

im shy
and in the shadows
i observe though glazed lashes

i smell toxic perfumes

i pass embraces

i get over looked

i run into walls

i fall

i get up

i hear voices intertwine

forming waves of buzz

im not a loner

i have friends

majestic friends

with honey smiles

and freckled faces

but im unknown

to a world more vast than I

i am just shy
