I promise to super glue our hands together, to show you that I’ll be near forever

Right now I look deep in your eyes and promise there will be no more lies

My love to you I confess, a favor I’ll ask and hope the answer is yes

Hold my hands and never ask why, next to me I want you to lay

I’ll tell you this, but you have to promise me to never freak or cry

Life may turn gray, but promise me that you’ll manage to live the day

You may not see me after this day, but in your heart I’ll always stay

I have to say goodbye, but never worry my love you’ll always feel me near by

So close your pretty eyes and kiss, because I’ll be gone after this….

The technique is good jojo, the flow is smooth. The imagery is wonderful. The message, I am not too sure...(I am of the old school) .but great poetry.
