Fearless

Fearless

A Poem by silver threaded queen

My darkest days
have faded at last;
the dawn has come
to cleanse my past.

These scars have faded
but the memory remains;
could anyone ever be there
to ease these pains?

The years have passed
the hope is dead;
can anyone help me silence
these thoughts in my head?

See I once hoped
you could be my knight;
eventually hope dies
time to ease the light.

The night has come
the shadows appear;
can I even honestly say
I feel any fear?

Numbness can break away to feeling again. A stronger feeling that can welcome love again. Well structured.

This is an awesome write that shows the hope so brightly!
I am sure that you can start a new life fearlessly.

Sometimes we have to purge that fear for it to dissolve as you have done here...to go through the depths is to know immersion of that fear and numbness takes over to a degree, good piece hon xoxo
