Pristine of visions the world it might be

In colors afforded the eye

Waterfall vistas forever to see

Underneath violet skies

 

Roses a’ bloom in the gardens of spring

Pebbles awash on the shore

Bluebirds of summer, the songs that they sing

Valleys of green ever pure

 

Oceans majestic in aqua marine

Mountaintops capped white with snow

Slowly meandering crystal clear streams

All through our life they do flow

 

Still they lie pale in accordance to truth

Fragrant the scent of romance

Deep in your eyes is where I find the proof

All in a meaningful glance

Fabulous! Okay... since I don't ever write about my husband, I will share that this poem reminded me of how we met and the first glances we stole as we were both too bashful or nervous to approach each other the first time we "saw" each other. It took us, unknowingly, each traveling 10,000 miles and another chance meeting on a beach for us to actually meet. And... of course, yours truly had to be the one to snatch the opportunity! Dear God, I've known him for 28 years next month... crapmonkies what was I thinking ;) lol - all good!

Well my friend, I have learned alot about you this day and I also learned a new word, "crapmonkies". I can truthfully say I have never heard that term before but I have now added it my list of fun new word to use. Thanks you always, you have a knack for making my day.
